No pay hike, no growth, make you work on weekends, the high post people take leaves on weekends, but you have to work. Also they say 8 hours work but it usually takes 10 hour of work. Any system problem, then you pay and get it repaired they wont compensate that. different pay for the people in the same team its not based on your hardwork. their favorites gets more
