Work from home, paid vacation, regular raises; this is the sort of job that hardly exists anymore. They're very flexible with time off, even unexpected time off. Leadership is committed to helping employees succeed.
Cons
None really. Rarely do employees disagree or get on each others' nerves, but this happens everywhere.
There are a lot of opportunities to gain knowledge and grow in this company. At times the work can be a little fast paced but the work environment remains very casual and relaxed. The company is very good about communicating about upcoming projects or changes through weekly meetings as well as making sure their employee's know their opinion/input is valued. The company is also very family oriented. They understand the need to balance both work and home so they allow flexibility in your schedule and will work with you as often as they can.
Cons
There really isn't any cons to working here other than sometimes it can be a little hard to pull yourself away from the work, there is always that "one more thing" you feel like you want to get done before you go.
