      If you look in the right places, you'll find genuine people with kind hearts.

      Encouraged to provide feedback to promote change/growth unless management disagrees. Promises are made regarding title changes/promotion but always fall through. Upper management will believe anything that anyone says without validation. Multiple employees arrive at work already stressed due to micromanaging.
