      Short working hours (10am-6pm). Delivery/Performance oriented rather than stay-in-office show face needed. Caring boss. Good mentors Good co-workers. Helpful HR. Nice pantry. Planned outlook. Projected plans. Employees first, customers second. Personal growth. Career opportunities.

      Seriously none except maybe quick lunches. :)
