Pros

ThirdChannel has outstanding upper level management. Gina and Brian provide amazing support to all employees on daily basis. There are always opportunities as an employee to grow and learn. It is by far the most fulfilling and rewarding career opportunity I have ever had. Leaders of ThirdChannel are very willing to listen to suggestions on how to improve upon processes and operations, creating a very transparent, and cohesive environment for all employees.

Cons

ThirdChannel provides an amazing opportunity for those who want to be a value added player to be heard. However, if you are not willing to put in the work and do not like a dynamic environment, there are career opportunities that are more simple.

Pros

Some really smart, dedicated people that truly try. Unfortunately, that’s about it.

Cons

Upper management is poisoning the rest of the company. Well over 20 people have been unfairly fired or have left in the past 6 months, which is a huge percentage of the total employees. The highest levels of management are begin driven out unfairly because the very top thinks they can singlehandedly manage every team. Micromanagement from the very top runs rampant, meaning many of the important business items are left in the dust at the most crucial moments. There’s no professionalism, and the very top blatantly lies to the entire company about everything. Even things there’s no reason to lie about. Don’t trust the top. Get out before the ship sinks.

The retail services provided by ThirdChannel are solid and provide a great return on investment for their clients.

Cons

The senior leaders within the organization are not realistic regarding the company's current capabilities and lack focus on which market(s) to target. The company is trying to position itself as a software company although little customer facing technology exists.
