I just want to look at reviews of a prospective employer. It won't let me see them without leaving a review.

Cons

Seriously, why are you making me do all this just to look at the reviews? I'm not leaving a review for my current employer because they don't know I'm looking for work and it'll be easy for them to ID me if they see it. Thomsons was my employer before that but it was 10 years ago so a review of them is pointless.
