- Really flexible work hours (i was doing 06:30 - 15:30) - Working with Unity (Video Game feel in the work environment) - High level of collaboration

Cons

-No bonuses or provident fund - No medical aid or other such incentives - Pathway to growth isnt structured (No developer job profile of such )
