The pros that if you have that self-learning, I want to prove I can grow a clinic myself this is for you, and if you're having trouble or difficulty, you have support for you.
Cons
Waiting for upper management to get back to you can be slow.

I have experienced the best company culture that I've been a part of at 3PT! The leaders care about their employees and apply a engaging & compassionate approach to management. Great place for those that enjoy being part of a team and working to solve challenges and grow themselves!
