Pros

Hybrid work, A good place to learn if you are graduate/junior developer, Friendly and fun colleagues apart from a few exceptions.

Cons

The salary is low. I had to ask twice for a salary increase and I only managed to get part of the bonus, which I was supposed to get it all anyways after being more than a year in the company. No career growth opportunities. Some of the senior developers are rude and not supportive towards the less experienced to help them grow. Lack of organisation on task management. In order to meet all of the potential and current clients' needs there were some tight deadlines that required working overtime or weekends. A lot of times I had to work based on rough designs were made on PowerPoint by the CEO.

Pros

A great concept and service which is very unique in the E-ticketing industry.

Cons

1) lack of leadership above 2) No hierarchy or chain of command 3) The minors of the company are pretty much the decision makers within the organisation. They help influence what the CEO does. 4) No real opportunities to grow. 5) No Team Building / social meets with the team. 6) No HR or Finance department.
