Pros

Hybrid working option, Good communication with the employees on company performance .

Cons

negative work culture from the inside , benefits with lots of hidden caveats. There is a culture of mistrust between the senior leadership team and the rest of the employees especially in non technical functions . The UK leadership team have conveniently installed their so called moles in India team who carry out their oppressive agenda to the letter like obedient subjects. There is no contact directly with the line management team and all the instructions are carried out through these middlemen/ women based in India. In case someone from line management in India reaches out to the senior leadership team there is zero response which is received from the UK team. The head of risk and compliance based in UK is highly distrustful of her team members in India, anyone who talks about employee friendly actions is either reprimanded or fired from their jobs by her , still retained the attitude and thought process of her past days as police constable who swears by her baton. The head of HR in India acts like a glorified postwomen , zero visibility in grievance sessions or in events where employees would like to put forward their queries and suggestions to improve working conditions , benefits etc . She chooses to either avoid altogether or attend such sessions as mere spectator , evading the issues by hiding behind her junior team members who seem to be more qualified than her .Lot of good benefits like reimbursement of work from home furniture but hidden condition like on 50% of the amount is reimbursable and the upper limit is also in 4 digits .Medical policy covers parents but with co pay which actually does not help , T&D benefits are limited to online courses or books , in case you want to attend a residential or in person course no travelling or meals will be reimbursed. No consistency in employee welfare policies . Some employees are bestowed upon with multiple gifts on their birthdays and anniversaries on company expense and rest of the other employees are left high and dry, Lot of good initiatives such as Mentorship program lack substance ,In majority of the cases the buck of the mentor stops post identification of areas of interest of the mentee, there are no avenues within the company to explore further , It’s a clear message to start looking outside.

Pros

Highly knowledgeable people to learn from the UK Risk and Compliance team.

Cons

Toxic work culture in India. People team choose some employees and ask to write good reviews on glassdoor. That's how you see the rating that you are seeing. Not sure if the India CEO is even existing, doesn't interact and doesn't care.
