I’ve had a lot of ownership here, which is probably the biggest plus. You get to work on genuinely hard problems (data infra, databases, etc.), and there’s a lot of trust from leadership to drive things forward. The engineering team is strong, and you get pretty direct exposure to customers, which makes the work feel meaningful. If you like building from scratch and figuring things out, this is a good place to be.

Timescale is the place to be if you're looking to work alongside some seriously talented folks in an environment that values your contributions and supports your growth. Every time I think we’ve hit the ceiling of what’s possible with database innovation, we somehow push right through it! Each year brings new, exciting initiatives that remind me there’s still so much left to build and explore.
