Pros

I've been with Tigerhall for around 7 months now, and it's an incredible place to work. The culture is fantastic, and the flexibility to work from home or anywhere at your preferred time is a huge plus. The people are super amazing, and the compensation is good. Most importantly, everyone here is driven and focused on getting things done, with no work politics. If you want to make an impact and work with a great team, Tigerhall is the place to be.

Cons

The only con I can think of is that since most of us are based in different countries, there are limited opportunities to meet and work with colleagues in person.
