Pros
HR team that really genuinely cares about you as a person, the new finance team is monitoring and holding the leadership more accountable, the CEO finally seems to have a grasp on the direction that the company needs to go in.
Cons
There have been a lot of changes that have negatively impacted current and former employees. Start-up life can be unpredictable, and there are decisions that have been made that could have been managed better.

Decent pay and work hours, good people within the company that work well together and encourage one another
Cons
The CEO somehow got away with hiring his college frat brother to run the company, and they golf together constantly during "work." Severely lacking leadership from the top down, not sure if leadership even knows the product capabilities since they are constantly saying things that don't exist
