      Good Company, but Leadership Needs a Clue

      Pros

      Work life balance has been better here than most other GCs. Diverse projects and they let you run with them. Field Ops leadership is best in the biz.

      Cons

      Support is stretched thin, APMs, accounting, estimating all seem understaffed and overwhelmed. Remote offices impact collaboration.
