Favoritism based off of interaction with family that owns the company

Managers in name but not in function.
Managers have a privileged schedule of hours worked and days worked
Egotistical management that cares more about their ego being fluffed more than actual performance or production of aluminum.
Compensation adjustments typically only triggered by inflation adjustments.
Old employees are overwhelmed, and have been assigned the jobs of employees who quit, with no replacement or support plan in place. Some employees semm like they're doing the job of 3 employees.
New employees receive little to no guidance and are held responsible for jobs they'll never be prepared for.
Turnover is not great.
Management never compliments, only criticizes.
Bickering between departments and a lot of infighting that usually means you have to take sides or end up in the middle.
Narcissistic leadership that never takes responsibility for poor management, and performance, or archaic facilities.
Paper-heavy documentation, very old way of doing things.
Any systems are just as old, very shaky systems or grandfathered technology.
Feels like you are working in 1984 with the way things are done.
