Cons
- Very cliquey departments - unwelcoming to newcomers - poor management - didnt have any heirarchy so noone took responsibility - literally one person of colour - no policies or procedures if you are sick or if you have an issue with someone or something - there were many times that chairs would just go missing so you'd have to spend your morning looking for one - the two bosses are never around and then get mad if you dont give them updates on what you are doing (even though you will have emailed them but they wont have read it), majority white males work here, the few females that were there seemed really unhappy, saw the runners often crying or upset at the amount of hours they were putting in
