young company , made good friends

low pay, extremely high turnover , unorgenized mamagement , very political place,no clear road map. Constently changes of senior management in the last year. No focus and no inovation because of scramling , management can't take any feedback.management hasn't figured out leaders in the companies yet . poor compensation.
