Some turn over with staff- environment can be fast paced and you really need to understand that to thrive in this type of field you need to be willing to learn and work with your team. If you are only putting minimum effort and want to receive credit for accomplishments, you need to really work with your team and not have a divisive nature. So it may not be a suitable environment for people who like to work soley on their own. You really need to trust and understand your Resources. This is a con for some personality types, but typically received well by most!
