Pros

cant think of anything, except they provided health insurance.

Cons

Worked here as a programmer for less than a year. What can I say, they will make you work like a slave, I worked for 10-12 hrs straight. Sometimes they would call me on weekends. The work environment is very bad. Things are disorganized, the requirements change very frequently. There are a couple of very good programmers who are helpful. I had become very depressed during my tenure there.

Pros

None. And I mean it.

Cons

A lot to talk about. First day when I went in, I was given an intense KT about the entire development stack and a proper welcome never happened. Then I found out that this is the only company where employees write code while eating their lunch or eat lunch while coding. Office space is beyond ridiculous and it looks abandoned. No bins near the desk, no tissue/napkin and no coffee.Everyone works for literally 12 hours including co-founder of company who still write java code to save money on extra hiring.
