Lunch covered to an extent from local restaurants and training Mentors are willing to teach
Cons
Unpaid training or late meetings close to the end of the workday Poor benefits and wage, lack of vacation days and strict with time off Prepare to be taken advantage of (especially if you need a work visa or experience), read the manual thoroughly Lack of work/life balance, a 9am-6pm due to paid lunch, may stay late due to last minute meetings or training 3 months of probation period, without benefits
