Pros

Our office was like family. Sarah Jane and Stephen are good people who care for the company.

Cons

This company does not have your back. Decisions are made behind closed doors. People who are very smart get let go or leave while people who never meet goals get to stay. The structure of the company is disorganized and top heavy. I feel like I was sold a to-good-to-be-true job and this isnt what I thought it would be.

Pros

Excellent work environment filled with extremely smart and nice people. For software engineering, very interesting tech with app stacks that include Java, Scala, Play framework, Spring Boot, Ember.js, AWS lambda, and lots of fun AWS cloud infrastructure, and it's constantly evolving to adapt to our growth, so you can expect new technology to be adopted instead of worrying about stagnation. Everyone here has a voice and can contribute ideas on any level. They try very hard to ensure that everyone is happy.

Cons

Occasionally you may need to adjust your schedule to be on some evening calls with the Australian team, but those can actually be kind of fun. In my opinion, no obvious cons exist.

Pros

I would describe myself as shy and introverted. For that reason sometimes I just want to sit in my corner, do to job and go home. Here I actually feel myself adapting to their fun and outgoing culture. I really appreciate the feedback given and the honest communication.

Cons

Sometimes I go into one of my moods and feel like not talking to anyone. But then again it really helps me to be around these folks.
