Pros
Very laid back and little supervision.
Cons
They lie about starting pay and raises. Get it in writing or you will get screwed over. And no repercussions when deadbeat workers repeatedly don’t do their job and leave it for the next guy. And lots of favoritism there. So if you’re not an brown noser and you just want to come in and do your job you won’t get far with the company.

Small company with long history in the business and lots of connections.
Cons
Micro-manage!! Even after covid they still do not allow work from home option unless you are top management which is all White Males! Women remain at entry level in this company.
