      Horrible Working Environment and Company

      Pros

      There are no pros. The Management is horrible. Don’t work there.

      Cons

      Overworked. Everything is a rush. Poor Management. Pits employees against each other. No support or training. Expected to work 12 hour days daily. Not enough pay for what is expected. Instructional Designers do not do real ID work. You do secretarial work.

      They are a fly by night shop. They hire for short periods to save money on fixed price contracts, Their VP has a bad reputation for unfair treatment of employees.

      Short term employment and low salary.

      Great Starter Job - Get Out Before They Force You Out

      Pros

      -Creating unique content -Have multiple production pipelines (or, at least, they did when I worked there...) -Big visions, even if execution falls short.

      Cons

      -Abysmal pay. Don't ask for a living wage, they will turn you away or fire you. -Minimal or no training; seem to prefer a "figure it out" model -Guilt tripped for using accrued PTO -Not flexible on WFH or other working scenarios -No opportunities for advancement. Prefer to fire staff or let them go before they would need a promotion or a raise.
