1. Really Good Company to start your career. 2. Good Salary Package 3. Good team mates only in Development Team and lots of self learning. The workenvironment in the company will make you learn a lot about technology in a short time.

Cons

1. Some of Indian Managers behave rudely and don't have sense how to talk with co workers and sometimes they use abusive language at the workplace.If you complaint to HR they will only make false promises to you about taking action against them. 2.If you talk or move around with a girl outside company area they don't like that and think this is not according to Indian ethics. 3. Lots of politics. 4. Job security is less. They can fire you at any time.

Pros

Tk20 is only good for Managers and TL's as they are earning well . They are enjoying the corporate culture.

*Please do not join if you are talented techie. *Politics is at top notch. *Hikes are not good. *They will fire you at anytime without any reason. *Some married are focused to make love triangles and disturb dedicated performers. *People think more you stick to the PC more will be the productivity. *You will find' frogs of the well' here *Every second guy is looking for a change *Rude managers *Working not on a latest technology- old java techniques. *2 years Bond *After working for 2 years you will find yourself with lesser knowledge than fresher. *Salary will come on 7th of every month

- For the freshers, its a good company to learn some basic professional behaviour & agile methodology. - Work is done as per the defined process, which is a good thing.

- They don’t treat their employees as Assets, instead they treat them as petty workers. Biggest Negative point - Salary Raise is decent at best. - Their 'good for nothing’ team managers think of themselves as a great wizard in terms of knowledge & handling things, but in reality, they are just a frog in the well who knows nothing what is going on in the outside world. The only thing they are good at, is ‘Buttering the Management’. - Cheap politics. - Dictatorship from the ‘good for nothing' managers, they even decide your break times and create your time table. - They have this thing called ‘IJP - Internal Job Posting’ where they invite applications from all the employees but they have already decided whom to select. So they do all this drama just to show off and in the End, that very person is selected and that person thinks of itself as some sort of ‘James Bond’. If some employees are evidently more deserving than the already selected one, then they set application criteria as such that those ‘Deserving Employees’ end up being ineligible to apply. - Managers are arrogant, not open to any advice and are always peeking into your systems. Lack of basic etiquettes. - No facilities for the employees, they can’t even serve healthy drinking water/tea/coffee in the premises, what else can you expect !! - On the technical front, they work on ancient technologies. So after a time, Employees have nothing new to learn. - US/Austin Managers are onto some another level of being self proclaimed geniuses. A single person happens to be a manager of 3-4 teams (and these teams are not even related) and then take decisions blindly without even having an idea of what’s the ground reality. - Job Security is a joke in this company. They can literally fire you any time stating any petty reason. - The so called ‘President/Chairman/Founder’ of this company thinks of himself as some Visionary. In town halls (which happens in every two months), he just keeps on repeating the same Company goals and asks for feedback from the employees. When the employees do give him the feedback, his two replies are “1. I will send an E-mail on this” OR “2. We are working on this, this is in the pipeline.”. After that, the topic is closed. There’s no Email or progression in the pipeline. He can’t even back his words up.

* Anyone can be fired any day. * Managers from Austin treat Indian employees as slaves. * Poor management structure, hardly 120 employees in total and they have positions like president, senior vice president of software development, vice president of special projects and so many other unnecessary titles. Do they really need senior vice president of software development to handle a 20 people development team? * Inexperienced managers. You can be made team lead in 3 years and manager in 5 years. * Unprofessional and narcissist owner who has given himself title of PRESIDENT and loves to call himself that in emails and townhalls. * Industry best practices are not followed. No work reviews, be it testing or development. What is done is done.

Pros

Tk20 is a fast growing product based company in education sector, which in current scenario is somewhat recession proof or very safe sector to work. Other than this following are few other points I would like to share 1) Fast pace result oriented work environment 2) Tremendous Learning as well growing opportunities 3) Nice friendly working environment 4) Attractive compensation

1) Like other small/medium companies, there are few areas left where processes are not well defined

Unsure Management No respect for Indian employees, senior management treats them as slaves, very arrogant people Good salary is only meant for HRD. Account departments blackmails you when you are about the sign the bond or you try leave the company before the bond in emergency situation... Pathetic cafeteria , stinks all the time, operation team is a worthless addition to Tk20. Managers are dictators and can give you nightmares if you try to express your point of view and problem...

This company donot follow any process. Testing is just of name . You donot gain any knowlegde here. Just work to get an experience certificate. No learning and growth here and the managers play polictics here. No transparency here . Even management favors the old employees and do they baisness. A few managers are doing all the bad . Please donot join here

If you want to work like a govt. Job u can opt for it. Snacks are available. Month end small birthday celebrations. Product based company.

Cons

Currently working on functional languages which are no where in market. Management is not good. Everyday a new refactoring occurs. Job security issues. If manager says something you are no one to give any suggestions. You have to do it in that way. No career opportunity
