      Pros

      This company is so friendly and accommodating. It's like working with your best friends and everyone is always willing to help you if you need it. I love being able to work from home and have some flexibility to my schedule if needed. The owners are very present and available and we have meetings that update us on growth potentials both individually and company related. I highly recommend this company!!

      Honestly, I don't have any cons. I love it here!

      Pros

      Lots of room for advancement and a great place to work. Management is really helpful and understanding.

      Cons

      The job and the things you have to do aren’t really set in stone. You have to figure tithings out as you go.
