Pros
In the past it was absolutey fantastic company with full energy, curiosity and openess - and absolut hightech!
Cons
The founders started to step more and more out of daily operations and the management that came in - crashed the company, no empathy, no feelings towards products, customers or employees - purely controlled and steared by coorporate mindset. That did not fit the company well at all and many customers and employees left - which effectively made the company loose much momentum and then effectively also money. Since I left, 50% of the employees had to leave tobii due to financial issues.
