Poor training. Management can't even make eye contact with you in the hallways. So much favoritism going on in the office. Employees who are sneaky and cheat the system get praised! So don't even work with integrity because you'll get looked down on. Management discriminates certain departments prohibiting them from going into the break room by customer service ("because you might be too loud for them") Since they hire children right? Management can sometimes try and treat you like a child that the employees even call their team leaders TEACHER as a joke! The personal development is great till a certain a point... Because any problem or concern you bring up to your "team leader" he/she will tell you that it's your MINDSET! By the way it's an ongoing joke throughout the office. Everything and anything is your mindset! Oh and if you ever get tired of this place and find a career.... DON'T put in your 2 weeks because they will tell you to leave at that moment or at the end of that week. Yes how unprofessional! They cut your commission but yet raise your monthly expectations? What about giving your employees raises? Oh I forgot that organization doesn't give raises! Don't work here! Unless you're straight out of high school and it's your first job. And even then I would feel bad for you.
