Management is old school so the overall culture is not progressive. A lot of micromanaging going on. Need to be “seen” to appear to be working hard. You feel like you need to come in extra early and stay late and send emails outside of office hours to look like you’re dedicated.
The clients we worked with weren’t that exciting either, a lot of gambling clients.
As they hire a lot of fresh graduates, pay is super below the market average. The promotion is highly saturated but pay isn’t compensated properly with the additional responsibilities.
The company is small so people don’t want to leave negative reviews as you can’t hide behind the numbers - I would take a lot of the positive reviews with a pinch of salt.
