Pros

Due to Covid, many positions have been shifted to 100% remote work but with some overbearing rules attached.

Cons

There are too many to list. Some departments are tight but most are dysfunctional led by myopic managers who quell collaboration and new ideas.

Pros

Nice buildings, nice color schemes, nice aesthetics. Window glass can self tint. Nice break rooms in some locations. A few good people can see through facades....a small minority

Cons

Elitism among some managers. Terrible job in managing bullying tendencies. They need to identify differences between dominance vs. leadership behaviors. Some managers will scapegoat to give impression they are in control. Seen a number of people not bring concerns to Hr since they do not have mediation or conflict resolution skills. Number of “people problems”. Favoritism with domineering, manipulative behaviors. Could improve on defining, or recognizing good work or effort among team members. Many many opportunities to negotiate consistent standards. Every now and then, time away from work for bingo type games or cartoon characters everywhere to “demonstrate appreciation”. Communications can be disingenuous or even suffocating. Leaders get defensive or insecure when try to address issues of favoritism or elitism.
