      *Strong processes *Open to ideas *Good work life balance

      Cons

      *Very clicky, if you are not apart of the inner circle there not much you can do right in there eyes *people working on the shop floor tend to get treated like children (if you work in the office you get treated more fairly). *If you are a top performer or generaly pick things up quickly you will not get adequate training.

      If youre not good at this or have zero experience, they just about encourage failing upwards

      Cons

      You will be treated like a toddler and asked to cover up every aspect of managements shortfalls. 3 presidents and yet middle management is left to guide to the ship downhill. A lot of good young help ran off by Rob and his inability to coach. Seems the only thing his cares about is ruining the marriages of the office girls.
