The so called Managers and chief are pathetic , don't have iota of anything like anything about an ecoommerce , forget about their respective domains. the so called tech team is a crap and self entitled CTO is worst among the lot. No ideas No knowledge constantly harassing and abusive behaviour. No wonder why any employee doesn't stay for more than 3 months in tech onsite. People get hired for one role and made to work in different role, the interviews are also like very hideous, they won't mention clearly about your CTC , working days (6 day week) etc. They exploit employees.
