In that spirit, there are a few points we’d like to clarify. In our most recent engagement survey, findings indicated a favorable degree of trust overall throughout the organization. What’s more, our score increased on trust-related questions from previous engagement surveys. Due to the continued evolution of our culture, we are seeing a lower turnover rate than what we experienced prior to the pandemic. Most importantly, we are committed to acting with integrity and we take reports of discrimination incredibly seriously at Topco.
