-People are warm and calm. -"Relatively" good pay in the industry (but not necessarily high in the overall job market).
Cons
-Very much hierarchical and very conservative culture. Employees do not have authorities to make changes. Top management urges changes, but every time an employee proposes a change, managers reject it for uncertain reasons because they lack skill required to make decisions. -Declining industry
