One of best thing happened here is getting good friends and knowing how to grow in corporate with bloody politics.

Cons

Working here u can't have your personal life. Mostly throught our the year u would be busy with work. They different peak and non peak, but no difference would be there. If you maintain good relation with manager or leads ur work life goes peacefully. Not a worth to work and your experience doesn't count if u work in XBRL team.

Don't expect more salary They have separate tools for them. So you even can't able to use your experience for your next job. Go with your core companies(even you get low pay in initially) . You will get more in future. Rotation shifts and weekoff is not fixed. You want to extend your work time unlimitedly if businesses requirement is there means. its 24×7 supported projects. So weekoff is not fixed. They use employees like a slave. For every one year, your designation will be change. So that you can't get appraisals hike.
