Pros

A historical brand with exciting licenses to work with. The HQ's policies during the pandemic were good

Cons

Dystopian, toxic workplace, the local unit has been in losses for years, people joke about the unit shutting down all the time, office was started twice in the middle of pandemic against HQ's instructions, all holidays were made invalid including some Saturdays, threatened to be fired if you didn't want to work on a Saturday or wanted to exercise your right to WFH even if there was no urgent business, micromanagement of extreme levels that no two colleagues will have the same sales numbers, single washroom for men/women/visitors, sexist, racist, islamophobic office using slurs for international colleagues, no exit interview, no appraisal system and so on. Why waste your time?
