Pros

Trading hours. In store teams.

Cons

Lone working is becoming the norm. Senior leadership seem to have no direction. Stores have an endless torrent of tasks designated by people with no idea and so have to be revisited multiple times. Kpis that were once achievable are now over inflated. What was once a great company to work for has quickly over the last few years become a shambles

Pretty simple job really, easy to do

Most of the issues arise from head office, Lots of “trying things out” Not interested in what the guys on the front line think Becoming unsure of the direction of Topps as plopping all efforts into companies they’ve acquired. Confused as to what demographic they want to target
