Not really, company is running by people who do not know what to do.

Product is bad, is not event driven. They use microservice just because netflix does.

Quiet and friendly environment, without excessive pressure and a team of professionals who accompany you and help you with whatever you need.
Cons
Competitive salary, although recently they have proposed to reduce hiring costs and new hires have lower salaries.
