Too much petty politics going on. Dense "boot-licking" vibe coming from co-workers and management. My biggest problem working here was it seemed like the company/colleagues frowned upon you if you were to use PTO or take any time off which is quite toxic if you ask me. Obviously, the pay wasn't enough to earn a living even back in that time. Deal breaker for me is being ignored by top management. Sure, they say wanted employee feedback but once we shared it there was never a follow up afterwards.
