      Will treat as "DAMAAD" during GET period and after it will treat as "SAUTELA BETA"

      Pros

      Life and Work balance for girls. Cab facility for girls. 9.30 to 6.30 working hours for girls. GET period is nice. Fully Air conditioned offices and unlimited chai and coffee. Alternate Saturdays off. Strictly follows government schemes. Good initial salary as compare to other core private companies. Training is good for GET.

      Cons

      No life and work balance for guys. No cab facility. 9.30 to "Not defined" working hours for guys. Site job mostly. Recruiting Technical People for Commercial work. Consumer dealing mostly even if you are an engineer. Very less salary hike. Promotion Minimum after 4-5 years.

      Pros

      Good and distributed work load. On time salary.

      Cons

      There are HR people placed at every work location but they are just waste of manpower and become sarkaari types...Keeps on doing Humiliation resource management... Neither they know any thing now have attitude to learn .Rather inserting their Nose in operational back biting....Can justify their salaries in better manner. Low Appreciation of annual performance. Some of the TOP management guys are so scared of public, they should rather take VRS and sit their home rather than cheating Mr.Mehta. Technicians need to dealt properly in various departments. Have lesser work load and even denial mode . God save TPL agra....Overall Torrent is good name to join.

      Pros

      Good learning opportunity for an year or two.Then move on to a better company.

      Cons

      Poor pay scale. Training not as intensive. Since field job, so no lunch facility in substations.Have to bring your own. Not MNC, but Gujarati culture.So only good for those from Gujarat. Mostly supervision work.
