It was bad phase in my career. It's only a company for fresher and even they should not be in this company for more than two years. Too much of politics and kind of family run business. 99% of the supervisors, asst managers, and managers are not fit to the roles. No learning and challenging work. You can see the positive comments from managers only, why not from the employees.....Criteria for promotion is that you should be good with your manager and should be in touch with other management and they are least bothered about your expertise and capabilities. Growth only for a group of people and not for others. Be aware of this company and wait for good company offer where your skills will be utilized properly.

compare to other IT companies, Salary is good . Company provides free cab facility which also good to attract new joiners.

Cons

Leadership is very biased here, there is no leadership direction, only few people sitting on the top in IT are decision maker. There is no career grwoth for the new comer. People who are close to Sr. Managers always get benifits.
