      Pros

      I didn’t find any Pros here. Only my manager was supportive.

      Cons

      Salary is worst - less package n breakup is done for fixed and variable. Hybrid work model is partial based on candidate & unnecessary rules. Work culture is bad, some employees were terminated with silly reasons when they need to cost cutting.

      Only colleagues are good and helpful

      Cons

      Management hires and fires employees giving wrong reasons of performance. Management sitting at Singapore treats Indians as a cheap labor and doesn’t want to spend money on their betterment or any activities which would cost them. Only potluck happens every now and then as management doesn’t have to spend money from their pockets. Don’t have business outlook and knowledge how to retain and get new customers.
