Honestly, the only real positive is the paycheck (if it even feels worth it). A few coworkers try their best and are decent people, but they’re usually just as frustrated and drained as everyone else.

Cons

This company is a mess from the top down. Leadership is unprofessional, disorganized, and runs the place based on ego instead of logic. Communication is terrible, expectations constantly change, and employees are treated as disposable. HR is not helpful at all and feels like it exists only to protect the founder and management, not employees. Concerns get ignored, accountability doesn’t exist, and the work environment becomes exhausting fast. If you value respect, stability, or basic professionalism, avoid this place completely

This place is the epitome of unprofessionalism, riddled with petty office politics, constant micromanagement, and a toxic work culture that's beyond repair. One glaring example is a person named Ipsita — deeply toxic and manipulative. She has close ties with the CEO, which makes her untouchable, and no one dares to speak up against her, no matter how destructive her behavior is. Terminations here are abrupt, cold, and without any prior warning. This is a sinking ship, and anyone thinking of joining would be making a serious mistake. Stay far away.
