Hi
Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. However, this review doesn't appear to be for our company, Touchstone, as we only operate in the United Kingdom and the position clearly states that you were located in Bengaluru, India.
This was flagged with Glassdoor but having reviewed your post, they decided that your review "met its guidelines" despite not being for our company.
Please could you remove the review from our profile and post it on the company profile it's intended for, I'm sure they'd be delighted to receive your feedback. Thank you.
Kind regards
Touchstone
Good office location and office space.
Good IT equipment.
Good employee rewards eg. Vouchers.
Hybrid working opportunity
Cons
A lot of hierarchy and favouritism. Unlikely to be promoted unless you are in a certain circle. Directors clearly doing well but staff have to fight for better salary. Too much work VS too little staff. Mainly due to staff off with stress and people always leaving. Flexible working scheme isn't flexible at all.

Touchstone
- Great Supportive team environment in my team - Hybrid working, with the equipment provided - Trusted as employee and not micromanaged - Given the opportunity to progress/learn - Engaged in staff well being - Treats at Christmas/Easter - Good engagement from the directors and CEO of Places for people - Roadshows twice a year to discuss the performance of Touchstone and how we are going to move the business forward - Technology is constantly evolving.
Cons
- A standard of training per each role is still yet to be implemented. All teams still work differently. - Salaries review requires improvement. We now have the same living wage as all other staff in Places for People, which does not compensate for our professional knowledge. Other property management companies pay much better. - No room for progression if you are part time - Difficult to progress into upper roles across teams.
