EVERYTHING! - The senior members run the show. Forcefully and like a Dictator - The MD! She has ruined the mental health of anyone who had to work under her or even made them leave the job if they were not willing to follow her orders as is.

- Opportunity to work with Fortune 500 clients - Healthy team environment and internal culture where you get to work with a diverse group of people spread over the world - Polite and approachable management who are flexible to let you chart out your own progression path within the company depending upon your expertise - Efficient remote working setup and documented training materials so you won't be overwhelmed as a newcomer - Additional perks for showing active participation in team meetings

Cons

- You may not get to meet your teammates in person due to the remote environment but that's okay with me

Our goal is to make working here easy so that we can focus on producing high quality work for our clients. You are absolutely right that being proactive with charting out your progression and actively participating in meetings has great rewards. Once COVID settles down, we plan to return to some responsible travel as we value in-person meetings and getting to know one another more holistically.
