Pros

The biggest advantage of working there was the flexibility and the option to work remotely.

Cons

The major issue at TourMega is poor leadership. The CEO lacks a clear vision and organizational structure, making it difficult for the team to work effectively. She is often rude, manipulative, and unreliable, showing a general lack of respect toward employees. It's telling that all co-founders have left, and employee turnover remains very high. Many of the positive reviews appear to be solicited by the CEO rather than reflecting genuine employee sentiment.

TourMega is a very dynamic and innovative company. Everyone here is very enthusiastic, self-motivated, and very friendly. It's easy to find an interesting project to work on - from AI to business development. TourMega actively develops new AI solutions to scale its business. You can observe the direct impact of your work achievements on the company. The decision-making process is extremely fast because there is no bureaucracy or a thick managerial layer. It takes only a few days from proposing an idea to implementing it in practice. Almost every day you meet interesting people who may work in the travel industry, build their own startups, or invest into a startup space.

Everyone works remotely 2-3 days a week.
