The major issue at TourMega is poor leadership. The CEO lacks a clear vision and organizational structure, making it difficult for the team to work effectively. She is often rude, manipulative, and unreliable, showing a general lack of respect toward employees. It's telling that all co-founders have left, and employee turnover remains very high.
