      Pros

      Honestly, the interview process was easy, and the managers were really amiable.

      Cons

      There just isn't any growth with this position. It's immensely slow, and though they all you a large degree of freedom, it's hard to figure out what to do with that freedom without any direction or tasks at hand. There's just no learning curve available.

      This was a good unpaid internship because: -Learn about working with small businesses and what they're usually about -Free reign to think up ideas for social media messages -Good boss

      -no pay (But it's not a big deal if you're in it for the learning experience!)
