frat house mentality, beer luges and football pools run amok. some teams make money, others don't but as long as the whole makes its monthly quota upper management does nothing to help the teams at the bottom. the business model is changing and morale very low, lots of people quit recently and more are looking

Benefits- Meh Days off- Meh Management- Meh Good company to work for if you have zero knowledge. Pay- Meh but ok for what you do. Just fill in your calendar with events and they leave you alone.

Cons

How you view this company depends on your background. As mentioned above, if you have zero knowledge of this industry it is a good place to start. If you already have knowledge of this industry you will get bored quickly. You will also find it hard to (move) up the chain. A lot of people I worked with here don't have a college degree so to them its all they have going. Meaning that they will not leave this company unless.... For this reason it is very hard to get promoted if you want to call it that. that said it is also very hard to respect the people above you since you know they are only above you because of the time they have with the company not necessarily because of their knowledge. Do yourself a favor and try to find another company to work for. Consider this company your last option.

Pros

IT beats unemployment, but not by much. Very very high turnover so that hits you right away. Not worth it.

Cons

Childish sales people fresh out of high school, not terribly educated -- small minds who think it's cool to work in hoodies and flip flops every day. Women are treated poorly, unless they are attractive and date some coworkers.
