Pros
Good benefits, you can get away with a lot.
Cons
Inept management. Not capable of inspiration, just spouting the latest leadership babble.
Pros
Great emphasis on helping the community and enabling employees to serve. Exceptional health insurance if you have a family, decent benefits overall.
Cons
Wide range of treatment and pay depending on the direct manager (managers have complete say and power). Some people make a lot of money and are respected (if you are "in"), while others are allowed to be treated and paid badly. Leadership looks the other way, and does not make things right by getting bad managers out, (ensuring the cycle does not stop due to these managers hiring others like them). This creates a weirdly competitive dynamic amongst employees and you see a lot of backstabbing and drama. This would not fly at other respectable companies.
Pros
Stable and growing company with great core values. Decent pay, great benefits, good family atmosphere, strong leadership.
Cons
It's not located in an urban area, lack of flexibility in terms of working from home.
Pros
Average to slightly above average pay
Cons
Leadership seems to lack experience
Pros
Really not much. Anyone can get in easily.
Cons
Very toxic culture. Everyone gossips about every other person behind their back. Even in leadership meetings, they talk negatively about those not there. Typical micromanagers. And boss is more than god... you can't wear a tie if your manager does wear
Pros
Toyota makes very good equipment
Cons
Bad leadership and owner is awful
Pros
Pros-pay, benefits, done of the people I worked with.
Cons
Cons- Incompetent leadership, micro-management, communication, lack of accountability.
Pros
Supportive leadership that values EHS input, manageable and realistic workload, positive team culture, opportunity to make meaningful impact, strong collaboration across departments
Cons
Processes can still evolve as the company grows, occasional reactive situations, alignment can take time across teams, documentation demands can increase, continuous improvement is ongoing
Pros
Quick and easy interview process. Easy going manager.
Cons
Co-workers were lazy and bottom of the barrel and they liked to play the tattle tale game and complained non-stop. No leadership qualities from anyone below management. Training was the absolute worst; Non-existent.
Pros
Great pay Good benefits Shut down week of Independence Day and from December 24- January 1st every year
Cons
Poor leadership and poor communication Does not invest in their employees - very little training, ignore concerns and/or questions/problems Nepotism and favoritism Unrealistic expectations They make you use 4 days of your PTO for July Shutdown.
