Pros

This one is the best: find items the company wants to donate or get rid of. Learn how to multitasking My co workers are my family, They make the days fun and we all help each other as much as we can. I have learned how to balance my time well enough to get my jobs done it timely manner.

Cons

Waking up early in the morning (Depend how your routine is..) Make sure all the price labels are correct and non missing. You cant leave if the branch at the end of the day is not 99% organized.

Pros

- coworkers are friendly nothing more

Cons

- managers get mad when you ask for breaks - have to do so much in a time ( asking the phone, return, cash) make it really hard on us and customer wait too long - you have to sell BPP(rip off plans)if not you will call to the office and your hours will be cut - suppose to off at 9:30pm after a tired shift, but the managers lock all the doors and keep us till 10:00 to clean up the store, never ask an employee are they willing to do so!!! - Managers get mad for over ride, say bad words over the phone when a customer wants to talk to them (all managers having partyin their office)

Pros

Working in a toy store is alot of fun. The EMPLOYEES working there have always been a great team. The salary is more or less the average, about 1 dollar higher than minimum wage. Yearly raise for 90% of the people. Decent schedule, they work around your school or other job.

Cons

You are treated as a number, nothing else. Managers / Direction mostly comment on the bad things, not the good ones. You have to do things that would be a bad idea, because the head office (which never worked in a store) wants it that way. Managers/Direction can be very immature, and they are not afraid to yell to employees in front of clients. They think they can threaten teenagers because it's their first job and they don't want to lose it.
