Great Internal Politics. Wasting Company's money by hiring Non-Competent employees & if you highlight the same then you are at fault. HR in India do lot of politics. No fair policy & plan to handle a crisis situation. They think they have bought you as a thing. Employees are not a product. No work life balance.

Can say this with 100% surity. Do not go by the good reviews on glasdoor. If you value work life balance, this is not a company for you. 1] Toxic culture + buttering culture. People are not that good here 2] Strict 5 days working policy. Your performance appraisal will depend on this. 3] Managers are very MICRO-MANAGING here. I am writing this in capital as I want you to understand the depth of toxicity here. It will affect your mental health and daily life. 4] It's a hell for employees coming from good product companies. You will find yourself with less dev work and more of design work. Devs are required to do QA as well, create videos related to the same, take approvals from UX, other devs and QA. You will burn yourself in this process. It will happen daily. 5] No learning curve here, so if you want to learn, this is not a company for you. 6] Managers will request you to work on weekends as well and they will compare you to other employees who are working on weekends if you are not working on weekends. 7] Favoritism culture in the company.
